And search a query, say 'dog funny video' in the search box.

Press Enter. You will get a list of video results to watch. Don't pay attention to that. You can't take a video from result. The results of these videos are licensed videos.

After following the instruction, you will get another list of video results to watch. These videos are licensed under Creative Commons, which means these videos are free to use. You are free to use Video to edit and monetize the video.
